By enrolling your child to participate in the Play 'N' Learn Play Points Programme, you agree both in your own capacity and for and on behalf of your child to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Timezone Entertainment Private Limited (‘Play 'N' Learn’) is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or altered membership cards or passports connected with the Play Points Programme.
Registered children at participating Play ‘N’ Learn venues may participate in the Play Points Programme by enrolling in the manner directed by Play ‘N’ Learn from time to time. Registered children enrolled in the Play Points Programme (‘Enrolled Participants’) at a participating Play ‘N’ Learn venue will be issued a Play Points passport or card.
A nominal replacement fee may apply for replacement of a registered Play Points card/passport that is lost or stolen.
Play Points are awarded to an Enrolled Participant when the Enrolled Participant:
The number of Play Points awarded will be calculated in accordance with the table below and will depend upon the membership tier of the Enrolled Participant and the nature of the activity or event in respect of which the Play Points were awarded.
Complimentary, school group or promotional visits will not be counted as an eligible visit for awarding Play Points.
Play Points can only be earned and redeemed at participating Play 'N' Learn venues.
Limit of one passport or card per Eligible Participant at Play ‘N’ Learn. The same Eligible Participant cannot have multiple cards/passports.
Cards/Passports must be present at each visit to earn points; points cannot be added retrospectively or after the visit.
Cards/Passports cannot be shared or transferred between guests.
Points must be used at the same venue where they were earned; the points are non-transferable between venues.
Play Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, exchanged for cash or transferred to another membership account.
Play Points may only be redeemed for eligible rewards, merchandise or benefits offered by Play 'N' Learn from time to time.
Except in the case of Play Points awarded on an Enrolled Participant’s birthday, which are valid for 1 month, Play Points are valid for 6 months from the date they are earned unless otherwise stated. Any unused Play Points will automatically expire after this period.
To redeem merchandise or rewards, Eligible Participants must present their registered membership card or passport at the participating Play 'N' Learn venue at which the points were earned.
Available rewards may change without prior notice and are subject to stock availability.
Additional Play Points earned will continue to accumulate until redeemed or expired.
Play 'N' Learn reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud and may suspend or cancel a membership where misuse is reasonably suspected.
Play 'N' Learn may amend, suspend, or terminate the program upon giving reasonable notice. Any accrued points may be redeemed during a transition period specified by Play 'N' Learn
Play Points have no monetary value, are promotional in nature and do not constitute property or legal tender.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play 'N' Learn shall not be liable for technical failures, system interruptions or administrative errors affecting point accrual or redemption.
Eligible Participants may redeem Play Points for eligible rewards or merchandise available at the participating Play 'N' Learn venue where the Play Points were earned.
Rewards are subject to availability and may vary by venue. Play ‘N’ Learn cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise.
Where a reward is temporarily unavailable, Eligible Participants may request an alternative reward of equivalent Play Points value, subject to approval by Play 'N' Learn.
Play 'N' Learn reserves the right to substitute or discontinue any reward without prior notice.
Merchandise redeemed using Play Points cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item or an equivalent item, subject to availability.
Merchandise won or redeemed during promotions, competitions or special events cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective.
Eligible Participants are encouraged to inspect all merchandise upon collection, as no responsibility will be accepted for damage after the reward has been received.
